Mold Max 20
This tin-cured soft silicone rubber from Smooth-On is used for molding jawsets, ears, noses, etc. It has a high tear strength and stands up to production casting of chemically harsh resins such as polyesters, urethanes and epoxies. No release agent is required prior to casting, so castings come out of the mold ready for priming and painting. Mix ratio 10 parts A to 1 part B by weight. Shore Hardness 20A. Can be vacuumed. Pot life 90 minutes.

Dragon Skin
Dragon Skin is a high performance platinum cure silicone rubber for molding parts with severe undercuts. The elasticity of this product is incredible. Cured Dragon Skin is very soft, very strong and very "stretchy." It will stretch many times its original size without tearing and will rebound to its original form without distortion. Note: Dragon Skin will not harden if contaminated with tin cured RTV or any clays containing sulfur. Can be vacuumed. Mix ratio 1 part A to 1 part B by volume. Vacuum very quickly. Pot life is only 20 minutes.

Rebound 25
Rebound 25 is a platinum cured medium RTV rubber. The thick viscosity makes this product brushable, so it can be applied with a spatula to vertical surfaces without sagging. Cures to a soft, flexible rubber (Shore 25A) that is very strong. Note: Rebound 25 will not harden if contaminated with tin cured RTV or any clays containing sulfur. The mixing ratio is 1 part A to 1 part B by volume. Vacuum quickly. Pot life is only 20 minutes.

Silicone Thinner
This silicone thinner can be added to any RTV rubber to thin the viscosity, enabling the rubber to creep into tiny voids. Excellent for erosion type castings. Can be added as much as 25% by volume.
