Alginate Impression Material
This dental impression material is perfect for making study casts. Holds incredible detail, requires no separator. Will not stick to hair (or anything else). Simply mix powder with water and pour mixture over your specimen. Sets up in about two minutes. Remove specimen and pour in your casting material (plaster is recommended because the Alginate mold will still be damp). After cast hardens, remove Alginate and you have perfect three-dimensional study cast – with extreme detail. Alginate molds are usually only good for one casting. Now avaibale in both quick- and slow-set versions.

Chemco Mold Builder
Back by popular demand! Mold Builder is a liquid latex rubber which air dries. Can be used for making molds for casting wax, plaster, lay-up resin or Artificial Water. It is also great for casting soft flexible parts from plaster molds (such as an original open mouth insert). Simply paint a layer of Mold Builder on the surface of your plaster mold, allow to dry, and repeat to thicken.
