Scissors & Shears

Ultimate Scissors
Telephone repairmen need no longer fear Sallie Dahmes. In the past, if Sallie saw a telephone repairman, she would beg him to let her have his old pair of scissors. It seems that the phone company issued their repairmen the "best" (and hardest to obtain) industrial-quality scissors that could be found. The only way to get your hands on these scissors was to have a friend in the phone business. Not anymore. WASCO now carries the 5" long, full nickel finish ambidextrous scissors. Do not confuse these scissors with inexpensive look-alikes! When you use these scissors, you will "feel" the quality of their craftsmanship, the sharpness of their cutting blades, and the precision of their manufacturing. Ultimate Scissors are perfect for fleshing operations on birds, mammals, and fish; defatting ducks; and intricate fleshing around whisker follicles. Ask anyone who owns a pair -- these scissors are built to last a lifetime.

Fish Skinning Shears
Don't confuse these shears with inexpensive look-alikes. They are manufactured by Wiss, the Rolls Royce of cutting tools since 1848, and are tough enough to handle collarbones, fin roots and back bones with ease yet they are sharp enough to cleanly cut through a piece of tissue paper! These heavy-duty shears are an excellent general-purpose fish skinning tool and are built to last for professional use. Used by leading fish taxidermists. Industrial-quality, solid steel, hot drop-forged. Includes closing latch. Coil spring in handle opens blades after each cut. Straight polished blades with black handles.
