Step 1 If available, place the actual ear cartilage over the earliner and trace the contours.

Step 2 Trim the earliner to shape with scissors.

Step 3 Insert the earliner to check the fin, making sure that there is sufficient skin on the inside of the ear to fit the inside contour without stretching.

Step 4 Apply Epoxy Adhesive or hide paste to the earliner and insert. Work out all the air bubbles with your fingers.
