Salinometer
Maintain accurate salt percentages in your pickle solutions over time. Simply float the salinometer in your solution (or pour some solution in the salimeter case if your container is too shallow). The level of the water on the stem shows the exact percentage of salt dissolved. Most pickles should be maintained at 40% or higher.
