These are the Original semi-upright whiteail deer mannikins sculpted in the early 1980's by legendary taxidermist Larry Blomquist. These mannikins were among the first of the new sculptures to take advantage of the "modern" urethane technology which revolutionized the industry. These early mannikins don't have the finesse and detail of newer whitetail deer lines, but they still can be used to mount a beautiful deerhead and several studios still use them to achive their standard look and to match consistency with the poses and anatomy of existing mounts. This is one of the only whitetail deer mannikin series ever made in which the eye-to-nose measurement increased by 1/8" steps. They are also our lowest Priced deer mannikin line.
