Artificial Standing Bird Legs on Rocks
Here's a revolutionary new method for mounting standing birds from World Champion Frank Newmyer. These new artificial legs have the tibia (drumstick) attached and are cast in one piece with the supporting rock for stability. The legs are painted before mounting and Super Glue Gel is used to attach the leg skin. There are no leg wires to contend with and you don't have to worry about positioning or securing the feet to the base. These legs work equally well with foam mannikins or traditional wrapped bodies. See Taxidermy Today Summer 1993 for Frank's step-by-step instructions. (Shipping Weight 12 oz.)
