The Paasche H series single-action airbrush is an excellent choice for beginners or airbrush artists on a tight budget. It offers an external mix spraying mechanism with independent fluid and air controls. By manually adjusting the spray pattern, the user can achieve thin lines (1/32") to broad sprays (1 1/4"). This is a good starter airbrush due to the economical price and the quality results it produces. "Single-action" means it requires two-hand operation (the finger lever operates the air, while the nozzle tip adjusts the paint flow). This allows the user to adjust for a set spray pattern for consistent results. Recommended operating air pressure is 1/2 to 1 C.M.F. @ 20 to 45 P.S.I.
