This small-format, 12 page, full-color catalog was published in 1983. This was the first catalog for Polytranspar/WASCO which Ken Edwards designed. The catalog introduced the new "WA" Water-Acrylic version of Polytranspar, paint kit assortments, as well as glass eyes for fish, hide paste, and the new Jim Hall Fish Fleshing Tool.
